Yes, why not, you can take lateral entry in SVVV.
For that, you have to submit a NOC issued from past college
and migration certificate.
Admission will be allotted in that case when there is any vacant seat in respective year and branch.

According to me, the basic difference is discipline. If you will study in Medicaps you will be facing a very tight discipline everywhere. Like you will not able to go anywhere for any reason, you will not able to spend your time in the library. But in Vaishnav there are comparatively low level of Discipline. Vaishnav has a good environment for Bookworms as well as scientist-type people.
but if u want to participate in Baja SAE event then you have to go to Medicaps because Vaishnav College's management refused to support the students
and if you want to crack IES, IAS, GATE and PSU, you come to Vaishnav because you will get time for self-s

I think the basic difference is discipline. If you will study in Medicaps, you will face a very tight discipline everywhere, like you will not able to go anywhere for any reason, you will not able to spend your time in the library. But in Vaishnav, there is comparatively a low level of discipline. Vaishnav has a good environment for bookworms.

Shri Vaishnav Vidyapeeth Vishwavidyalaya is a private university established under Madhya Pradesh NIJI Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam in 2015:
1. SVITS.
2. SVIIT.
3. SVITx.
These 3 are engineering colleges which come under SVVV.
Yes, SVVV gives their own B.Tech degree.

No minimum marks are required but admission will be given on basis of merit list. Another option is also there for admission through SVET (Shri Vaishnav Entrance Test) conducted by Shri Vaishnav Vidyapeeth Vishwavidyalaya.

There is a good scope in automobile engineering. In Vaishnav, it has the best faculties. Reputed companies like Tech Mahindra, and more are connected to Vaishnav.

Both the colleges have become a university recently. So they will give it all to make their universities better. Plus, both the colleges are equally rated in top 10 colleges of Indore.
But I'll give my edge to Vaishnav as it is a reputed and an older trust.
