Yes, SITS - Sinhgad Institute of Technology and Science has a separate placement cell. The cell works actively in preparing students for jobs and internships. It also invites various companies to participate in the placement drives. The highest package offered at the college is INR 56 LPA, and the average package is around INR 6 LPA. More than 65% of the students get placed every year. Some top recruiting companies include HP, Infosys, Cognizant, Capgemini, NVIDIA, ITC, Jio, Reliance, Tata, etc.

Admission to the SITS - Sinhgad Institute of Technology and Science can be moderately competitive. The college offers only BTech and MTech courses. Admission to the courses is done based on the scores obtained in JEE Main/ MHT CET or MHT CET MTech/ GATE exams, respectively. To be eligible for these exams, the candidates need to have a minimum of 45% marks in their previous qualification in a relevant stream.

To be eligible for admission to the BE/BTech course at SITS - Sinhgad Institute of Technology and Science, the candidate has to score a minimum of 45% aggregate in class 12 in a relevant stream from any recognised board. Eligible students will have to appear for either the JEE Main or the MHT CET exam and score valid marks to be eligible for the course. To apply, the candidates will have to visit the official website, fill out the application form, and attend the counseling. Candidates can also apply directly for admission under the management quota.

The Maharashtra State CET Cell posted the MHT CET 2025 result for the PCM group on cetcell.mahacet.org on June 16, 2025 in relation to admissions for B.E./B.Tech programs at SITS Narhe. On June 17, 2025, the PCB group result was announced. With 2024 cutoffs for General Home State candidates ranging from 34.81 to 92.43 percentiles these results establish eligibility for SITS' counseling process.
