I think it is difficult but you may try.
Last year, the 4th cut off only reached 93.33% for general category for B.Sc in Botany Hons.
I think if you are a Sikh girl, there will be 1% relaxation for you.

No, without maths you are not eligible for engineering or other streams where maths is important.
