1. Appear for CUET (UG): You must appear for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET (UG)) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Admission to all DU colleges is based solely on CUET scores, not Class 12 marks.
   • Required Subject Combination for B.Com.: To be eligible for the B.Com. program, you must take a specific combination of subjects in the CUET:
     • Option 1: Any one Language from List A + Mathematics/Applied Mathematics + two subjects from List B1.
     • Option 2: Any one Language from List A + Accountancy/Bookkeeping + two subjects from List B1.
2. Register on the DU CSAS Portal: After your CUET results are declared, you must register on the Delhi University Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) portal. This is a separate application from the CUET application. You will list your preferred colleges and courses here.
3. CUET Score & Merit List: Delhi University will generate a university-wide merit list based on the normalized CUET (UG) scores provided by the NTA for your specific subject combination.
4. Seat Allocation: Seats are allocated based on your position in the merit list, your chosen college/course preferences listed on the CSAS portal, availability of seats, and applicable reservation criteria. The allocation is done through multiple rounds.
5. Accepting the Seat & Document Verification:
   • If a seat is allocated, you must "Accept" it within the specified timeframe.
   • The college will then verify your documents online.
   • Upon successful verification, you must pay the admission fees to secure your spot.

• CUET (UG) Exam: Typically held in May.
• CSAS Registration: Usually opens in June/July after the CUET results are announced.
