No, currently admission window is not open in Sri Venkateswara college. You've appeared in Common University Entrance Test 2023 and then wait for Delhi University seat allocation program, then only you're eligible for admission.

As per the new NEP (new education policy scheme) it is mandatory for the student to pass in both theoretical and practical examination if not he/she has to reappear for the examination.
Generally, if student fails in internal exams, they have to put some extra efforts in the written exam to pass, it is a Plus point which helps in scoring good SGPA.

Hostel facilities are available for topper students only because it consists of very limited number of seats.
72 (boys)+72 (girls) =144 seats
for the students of last semester the allotment was made on the basis of number of marks scored in CUET 2022. Fees for hostel and mess is between 9100-10000* (making it one of the most costliest hostel charges in entire du)
* ( The fees is subject to be changed almost every year)
and lastly one more important information. There is also reservation in hostel allotment do contact the authorities for more detailed information.

I am positive you will get atleast into kirori mal college or khalsa or maybe daulat ram (if you are a girl). There is good enough chance for Ramjas college as well. To be frank there are quite low chances for you to get into Hansraj or Hindu college and you probably would miss the final cut offs by maybe 0.25-0.5%. .
