B.Sc. (Hons.) in Mathematics - Batch of 2023

Best faculty, fest, infrastructure, nice canteen, and excellent facilities.
Placements: I was a B.Sc. Mathematics student this year. I have not applied for placements due to personal reasons, but many of my friends got their placements after graduation. There are very large varieties to explore in many fields.
Infrastructure: There is Wi-Fi in my labs and all around the college. My college is also famous for the best South Indian food. There are ICT labs for our course. The classrooms are good. We have our medical room, and there is always one doctor there. You can go there and share your problem with them; they will help you. There is Maggie's point that is very attractive that you guys should explore, and for your knowledge, this is the best college on the south campus with great faculty.
Faculty: There is one test per semester for each subject, and you have to submit your assignment. If it is practical, then its marks are divided into two categories: internal and external. In external, there will be external examiners from DU, and they are also good in behavior. You don't have to worry; just be confident. It is easy to pass and score well in exams.
Other: First of all, my college hosts one of the best fests in Delhi University, which is Nexus. There have been great singers and artists like Sunidhi Chauhan. For transport purposes, you just have to walk a little; you get a bus stop, and in front of the college, there is a metro station.

Really good infrastructure, facilities and most important is its location.
Placements: About 5 percent of students placed in our course The lowest package is INR 2 LPA, the highest is INR 6 LPA, and the average package is INR 4.5 Lacs per annum. Abp News, Bajaj Capital, Decathlon, Indigo Airlines, and Zomato are some prime companies recruiting from our course. About 10–15 percent of students got internships. Research scientists, assistant professors, zoologists, and many more roles are offered, according to one's field of interest.
Infrastructure: Our college is best for this course, in my opinion, as we have the best quality classrooms, a healthy environment, well-maintained labs, the best faculty, and a silent and peaceful library. The hostels are very good and provide a home-like environment for non-Delhi students, and they have one of the best canteens in all of Delhi. A college-level cricket team is there in the college, providing a better environment for those who are seeking games as a career option. Do visit this beautiful college and get to know about its beauty.
Faculty: All the teachers and faculty members are very friendly and helpful, and all are highly qualified in their respective fields and have a very good way of teaching. This course offers you the opportunity to see the world from a new point of view and start approaching things more positively. Some passed-out students are doing great in their fields, and one of my super seniors is currently working with a US research organization for their field work and doing great in his life. Semester exams are not so difficult, and one can easily pass them by reading out the notes of the professors and seeking the help of pyqs. Passing marks are 40% of the total in both theory and practical exams in each subject of every semester.
Other: I chose this course due to my great interest in evolution and development. Biology, which is the part of this course in the final year, is the best thing about this course because, apart from the core zoology, we get to know about the cell and its molecular inheritance, its biochemistry, and every point of knowledge related to animals. There is nothing to be improved on in this; everything is quite perfect. The college organizes an annual fest every year that is their flagship event called Nexus, which is one of the best fest happens in DU. The crowd is so big that you will love to come to college daily. The college opposite has a chain of cafes in a street, which one will definitely love changing out at. The college also offers scholarships to selected students every year. And there are many more things to describe that I can't tell here; just visit it and you will enjoy the environment.

Bachelor of Arts - Batch of 2024

Perfect college of your dreams.
Placements: In the Bachelor of Arts, not many students got placed due to course structure or demand from companies because finance companies come and select students of B.Com. (Hons.) and Prog. They need specialized students in the commerce stream. Yes, some students got placed from our batch in companies whose demand is for all courses, like in the content writing field, and one girl got a package of around INR 16 LPA last year. And many got internships at companies like Wayspire, etc.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is too good. In our college, we have all the facilities, like Wi-Fi labs, classrooms that are too good, and libraries, but now a days there is construction work going on in the library, but we can issue books from them. But the sitting area is closed due to construction work, but yes, we can definitely issue books from it, and if we talk about the hostel, then yes, it is also very good. The food is super hygienic and tasty. We get different types of food in every meal, and the food is very good and tasty. Sport facilities are also good; we have many options like TT, long tennis, basketball court badminton, and indoor games like chess, so overall, the hostel is good.
Faculty: Our teachers are good and, yes, very helpful; they never denied us any kind of help, even when we asked questions out of class or at other times. They are all well qualified, and most of them have good experience in the teaching field. The pass percentage is about 95; I am not sure. Because too few students have backlogs and the semester exams are of a moderate level—not too hard, not too easy.
Other: Because I got a good combination (eco+maths), I am from a science background (PCBM), so I didn't want to lose math in my graduation and wanted to pursue a B.A. because of my future career goals. There is no need for improvement; the curriculum is already the best. And the event Nexus has not happened yet, but yes, Nexus is very famous in all Delhi colleges.

A huge playground is available. The college atmosphere is good. Hostels are good. A mess is available in the hostel.
Faculty: Our teachers are helpful, knowledgeable, and well-qualified. Semester exams are easy. The pass percentage is 33%. Our college offers many courses, such as Hindi, English, mathematics honors, and science honors.

It is an excellent college with good facilities.
Placements: Our college provides excellent placements. Only a handful of students are placed in the mathematics department. Due to the lack of exposure in industrial areas, only a few students can grab the opportunity the placement cell offers. Top roles offered are business analyst, data analyst, and content writer.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is excellent. Labs are not good. About 50% of systems don't work properly. The library is under renovation. The hostel is excellent. Wi-Fi is available in the hostel. A mess is available. Only one student from each course is selected for the hostel.
Faculty: Our teachers are excellent. There has been a complete change of faculty members due to the recent recruitment of permanent teachers. Our teachers are good. The course curriculum is relevant but lacks industrial exposure. It is suitable for anyone who wants to pursue further studies in mathematics. The course structure is good and has been made so that no student suffers.
