To be eligible for the BTech course, candidates must have passed Class 12 in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology with a minimum of 60% aggregate from a recognised board of India. Moreover, students must have also appeared for the JEE Main exam. Those who haven't appeared for the said exam can take SRMJEEE.

- Common Entrance Test (CET) with minimum desirable scores as follows:
