A JEE score is not required for admission to SRM University Sikkim's B.Tech program. The SRMUSEE (SRM University Sikkim Entrance Examination) is the main tool used by the university to choose applicants.

However, having a high JEE score can increase your chances of being admitted to SRM University Sikkim. For B.Tech applicants, the university takes into account both their SRMUSEE performance and their JEE scores.

Importantly, in order to finish the admissions process and guarantee your place at SRM University Sikkim, you must take the SRMUSEE.

Candidates can check the SRM University Sikkim cutoff 2023 by doing the following:

  1. Visit SRM University Sikkim's official website.
  2. Select the 'Admissions' tab.
  3. Select the 'Cutoff' hyperlink.
  4. Choose the programme and category that piques your interest.
  5. On the screen, the cutoff marks will be visible.

Yes, you can directly get admission in SRM as it is a private university. But the intaking of students is also based on the simple admission procedure which is the submission of various documents listed below in either online or offline:

  1. Birth certificate 
  2. 10th /12th / UG Marksheet
  3. Migration Certifitate
  4. Conduct certificate 
  5. COI (if available)
  6. Social Status Certificate 
  7. Migration Certificate 
  8. Aadhar card / Voter ID
  9. Passport size photos ( 3 copies)

It is not necessary to clear any of the entrance examinations. But there is an Entrance cum Scholarship Test (SRMUSET) which is conducted in two phases. It is conducted in the middle and the end of the year through which you can benefited.
