St. Joseph Engineering College offers a two-year MSc course at the PG level. As per the minimum eligibility requirements of the course, candidates must pass a UG degree with minimum 50% aggregate in the relevant discipline.

Beginner-Level 1 The admission criteria for an MBA is that the applicant must have earned a bachelor's degree in at least three years with a minimum grade point average of 50% (45% for Tamilnadu BC, BCM, MBC, SC, SCA, and ST categories).
