The Unitec University New Zealand offers an International Study Grant every year to students who are new to Unitec University. The International Study Grant offered by Unitec New Zealand for the academic year 2024 is up to $4,000 (INR 198,103). The students appearing for full-time study at the Unitec Institute of Technology are permitted the International Learner Study Grant in Semester 1 and 2 intakes.

The minimum IELTS score requirement for a Bachelor of Engineering at the Unitec Institute of Technology is 6.0. Writing and speaking scores must not be lower than 6.0 and listening band must not be less than 5.5. Unitec Insitute of Technology offers separate eligibility score for different programs. Yes, Unitec University does offer a few scholarship opportunities to international students such as the Master of Creative Practice Scholarship and the Master of Landscape Architecture Scholarship. The awards of the scholarships offered are different depending on the university and often range between $2,000-$15,000 (INR 99,047 – 742,859). The students must sign the scholarship terms & conditions and provide all the documents necessary for the scholarship.
