It depends on the college where you are sending scores. Every institution has its policy for accepting SAT scores. If they accept only the highest score then you need to send only the highest scores. If they want you to send all scores then you need to send all score reports. Completely depends upon the university you are applying to and how they wish to receive your scores. The candidates can check for the process and request for their SAT score reports accordingly.

No, Springfield College is more expensive than Heidelberg University.
The tuition and fees at Springfield College for the 2024-2025 academic year are $59,588 for students living on campus. This does not include other estimated expenses like books, supplies, transportation, and miscellaneous costs, which bring the total cost of attendance to $63,444.
In contrast, Heidelberg University is described as an "expensive college" costing around $33,000 per year for in-state students. While still pricey for a private university, this is significantly lower than the total cost at Springfield College.

Indian students choose to attend Springfield College because of its well-rounded education that focuses on the mind, body, and spirit. The small size of the college creates a tight-knit community and a personal focus. Diverse student societies and global publications help Indian students develop an understanding of multiculturalism and global connectivity. Additionally, Springfield's selective financial aid and scholarships provide access to a quality American education.
