Glion Institute of Higher Education operates on a  rolling admissions process for most programs, according to their website. This means applications are evaluated as soon as they are complete with all necessary documents. Glion offers programme intakes throughout the year (typically in September, January, and April). Since there are no deadlines, applying early ensures your application is reviewed before spots in the programme fill up. If you require a visa to study in Switzerland or the UK (depending on your chosen campus location).

Glion Institute of Higher Education accepts several English language proficiency exams for international students.

  • International English Language Testing System (IELTS): Glion's website doesn't specify a minimum score requirement, so it's best to aim for a high score to strengthen your application.
  • Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL): Another commonly accepted test. Glion doesn't mention a minimum score, so target a high score on the TOEFL iBT (internet-based test).

Glion likely expects students to have a strong academic record in their previous studies. This doesn't necessarily mean straight A's, but a record that demonstrates your ability to succeed in a rigorous academic program. While Glion doesn't specify a minimum GPA or percentage score, they do require completion of secondary education (e.g., IB Diploma, 12th grade with good marks). The cost of living at Glion Institute of Higher Education (Glion) can be significant, but the exact amount depends on several factors. Tuition fees vary depending on the programme chosen but can range from CHF 27,800 to CHF 32,400 per year. Student reviews of Glion Institute of Higher Education offer valuable insights into the student experience. You can check the testimonial section of Glion's website for student stories or reviews. According to the reviews, the quality of teaching offered at the Gilon institute of Higher Education is amazing, the curriculum's rigor, and the usefulness of coursework in real-world hospitality scenarios is well known. However, online reviews can be subjective and not always reliable. Look for reviews with details and specifics to enhance their credibility.

There are off-campus options for nightlife and entertainment as well. At Becker's college, international students get undergraduate housing for all four years.  Almost 90% of current students choose to live on campus. Columbia offers amazing dining halls, campus cafés, late-night haunts, and hangouts.
