Penang Medical College's tuition fees aren't readily available on their website. However,  To get a rough idea, we can look at the cost of MBBS programs in other Irish medical schools. These can range from €20,000 to €40,000 per year. On-campus housing is likely more affordable, estimate a range of INR 5,000 - INR 10,000 per month. Penang offers affordable dining options. Estimate INR 3,000 - INR 5,000 per month on groceries and meals. Adding these estimates, your monthly living expenses could range from approximately INR 11,000 to INR 21,000.
