There are limited number of Binghamton University scholarships available via admission process. International students are not eligible for federal/state funding. Students, who are eligible for a scholarship, will be notified in financial aid award offer and/or letter during the admission process. 

International students must pay the Binghamton University application fee of USD 75 or INR 6,249.80 (USD 1 = INR 83.33) for Masters of Science in Computer Science. This application fee is non-refundable. Students must fulfill the eligibility criteria such as standardized test scores, English langauge requirements, GPA, and more to take BU admission.
