Southern New Hampshire University 300-acre campus along the Merrimack River on the northern border of Manchester has all the requisite facilities to promote learning. SNHU campus has all the essential facilities such as the library, engineering and technology building, welcome center. It also has an athletic stadium, which comprises of 1,500 seats. The stadium features a turf field, high-tech lighting system, 8-lane track, and industry-standard sound and scoreboard system. Inside the residence halls of the university, one will find numerous living arrangements such as traditional halls and big suites. Other facilities such as fitness center, entertainment space, common lounges with flat-screen TVs and academic classrooms are also available in the residence halls. Southern New Hampshire University also has multiple dining options such as student-run restaurant, The Quill and the Last Chapter Pub. Additionally, it also has many coffee shops and cafes.

Yes, all full-time students holding F-1/J-1 visa are eligible to work on-campus while studying in Southern New Hampshire University. Students are allowed to work for a maximum of 20 hours per week when classes are in session. Jobs are available on campus at SNHU, but it may not always be possible to have a full 20 hours all the time and new students may have difficulty finding a job with limited previous work experience and being new to campus. Therefore, Southern New Hampshire University believes that earnings from employment should always be viewed as a supplement and never as being crucial to meeting the expenses of studying in the US due to its unpredictability.

Southern New Hampshire University offers merit-based scholarships to all international students applying for master's courses, which values upto USD 4,000. Students must note that they need to checkbox the scholarship column available in the application while applying to SNHU. Scholarships are awarded to students post their acceptance in the university. Some of the most popular Southern New Hampshire University scholarships for international students are as follows:

• Charles and Barbara Bickford International Scholarship;
• Hassa Jadvani Memorial Scholarship; and
• Li Xu Scholarship Fund.

Prospective overseas students of Southern New Hampshire University can apply through the International Applications Portal available on the university's website. While applying to SNHU, undergraduate students are required to pay an application fee of USD 20 = INR 1,664*. Whereas, no application fee is required for applying to master's and doctoral programs. Also, there are certain documents that are required during the time of applications and they are:

1) Undergraduate Programs:

• Completed International Application along with application fee;
• Academic documents, including a high school Diploma showing proof of graduation from high school;
• Signed attestation form attesting to the completion or expected completion date of high school requirements;
• Earned GED with applicable dates and locations;
• Proof of English language proficiency; and
• Copy of passport.

2) Graduate Programs:

• Completed International Application;
• Bachelor's or graduate degree transcripts;
• Official academic transcripts - course-by-course official evaluation;
• Proof of English language proficiency; and
• Copy of passport.

3) Doctoral Programs:

• Completed International Application;
• Transcripts from all accredited universities/colleges previously attended, including undergraduate and graduate coursework. A master’s degree from an accredited university/college is required;
• 3 Letters of recommendation;
• Personal statement;
• Resume;
• Proof of English language proficiency; and
• Copy of passport.
