Dear Aarti,
Always full time programme is better to learn. Therefore, prefer two years programme which gives complete knowledge including practical exposure. It is better to prefer a two year programme.

2. For SIIB, it will be in range of 55 to 60.
3. For SCMHRD, it can be 63 to 65.
