Teaching & Education Entrance Exam

The APSET hall ticket will be released soon. The APSET hall ticket or admit card is issued online. Candidates can download the hall ticket by entering the login details including the application number and date of birth. 

In the PSTET exam, papers 1 and 2 contain 150 objective-type multiple-choice questions (MCQs) each. Paper 1 comprises 5 sections i.e. Child Development and Pedagogy, Language-I, Language II, Mathematics, and Environmental Studies. Paper 2 comprises 4 sections with a choice in the fourth one i.e. Child Development and Pedagogy, Language-I, Language-II, and Mathematics and Science or Social Studies. PSTET Marking Scheme: 1 mark is allotted for every correct answer and there is no negative marking in the PSTET exam. 

Candidates need these documents to fill out the APSET application form-

• Documents supporting Educational qualification.
• Scanned photograph in jpg/jpeg format.
• Scanned signature in jpg/jpeg format.
• Caste/ Disability / Economically weaker section certificate, if applicable.

The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) releases the PSTET Notification containing the important details regarding the exam such as exam date, application process, exam pattern, syllabus, eligibility criteria, result declaration criteria, etc. PSTET Notification will be released by the Punjab Government in PDF format on the official website. Candidates who want to be the primary teacher of classes 1 to 8 must go through the required to go through official PSTET notification PDF carefully to be well-informed about the entire exam process and important dates related to the exam events.

The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB), on behalf of the Punjab Government releases the PSTET Notification every year to determine the eligibility of the candidates who apply for teaching posts in government and private schools across the state of Punjab. The PSTET Notification was released in Hindi language containing important exam details such as the exam date, the application process, eligibility criteria, answer key, result, qualifying marks, and other important details. PSTET Notification 2024 in Hindi was released in PDF format. 

While filling out the APSET application form, candidates can choose their exam center. Candidates should make the APSET exam center choice in the order of their preference, as the choice cannot be changed after the submission of the online application form. APSET exam is conducted in eight regional centers across the state of Andhra Pradesh.

The PSTET Notification was released on the official website. The Punjab Government releases the PSTET Notification in Hindi. The PSTET Notification PDF will contain crucial details of the exam including the application process, eligibility criteria, important dates, exam pattern, syllabus and others. Candidates who qualify for the PSTET exam become eligible to apply for recruitment as Primary or Upper Primary level teachers in the schools of Punjab. Qualifying candidates will receive their PSTET eligibility certificate after the declaration of the result.

• Visit the exam website.
• Go to the Login tab.
• Enter the mobile number/ email ID, date of birth and security key.
• APSET application number will appear on the screen.
• Save the application number.
