The PSTET exam is conducted once a year to hire teachers for the primary and upper primary level. It is better to start the preparation as early as possible. It is advised to start minimum three to four months before the exam date to get enough time to cover all the syllabus.

The CTET result for the January 2024 exam has already been released. The results were declared on February 15, 2024. You can't expect another result for CTET 2024 related to the January session.
The next CTET exam will likely be held in July 2024, and the result for that session will be declared a few weeks after the exam, following the usual pattern.
