For BEd in Telangana, general category needs 50% in Graduation, but SC/ST/BC/PH candidates get relaxation to 40%, so with 45% in Graduation, you might qualify if you belong to a reserved category

Yes, students can get admission at Emversity School of Hospitality & Health Sciences, Mumbai with 60% marks in Class 12. The basic eligibility criteria for BVoc is to qualify Class 12 from the recognised board. There is also an age limit for each programme. The age range is 18 - 25 for BVoc.
