Hi.

GIBS advertises a “100% placement rate” for students who opt into placements (i.e. those who register for placement and participate actively).

For 2025 placement drives, GIBS reports a highest package of INR 16.15 LPA and an average package of ~INR 7.8 LPA.

The placement statistics published — recruiters, sectors, packages — seem to largely reflect management / business-school placements (PGDM / BBA), rather than technical/ engineering courses.

An IAS officer usually earns more in the long run due to faster promotions and higher pay scales, though an Assistant Professor might have a slightly higher starting basic pay

The main difference exists based on the duration and job opportunities. ECCE Diploma offers quick entry as pre-primary teacher in just a year or less whereas degree can take 3-4 years.
