If you reported to the institute, in that case, you have to withdraw the seat but in case you have not reported then you are eligible for spot round. Yes after the successful completion of course in Nutrition you can work in Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Corporate Houses, Slimming Centers, Gym, Hotels.

In order to pursue a Bachelors degree, you need to pass your class 12th for any college. So first, pass your class 12th and then you can pursue your desired degree from the college.
