You need to appear for an exam called BAT. After that, if you get shortlisted, you will be called for the interview. After this, if you get through, you can get take admission in the course.

I think something went wrong for you. Please check vastly. IIMs only accept CAT score & another one thing is full form of IIMC is Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. So, it is located in Kolkata not at Hyderabad.

The only way you can get into good colleges is through management quota unless you are an SC/ST candidate.
You have chances to get into an averagely rated college with a provided scholarship.
