Tezpur University offers a PG-level MBA course for the duration of 2 years. Admission to the respective course is offered on the basis of merit and accepted entrance exam. Candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in graduation. In addition to this, candidates must appear for one of the entrance exams: CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ ATMA/ GMAT/ CMAT. Final merit for Tezpur University MBA admission is released based on a valid score obtained by students in the entrance exam along with their performance in the Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds.

Candidates who ticks off all the criteria as prescribed under the scholarships schemes are eligible for the scholarships at Tezpur University. The scholarships are mainly offered to Differently Abled Students pursuing Medical and Technical Education, offered for PWD students who are pursuing medical and technical education.

Tezpur Univerity BTech course is offered for four years across six specialisations, among them Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE). Candidate should have passed Class 12 examination with at least 50% aggregate (45% for SC/ST) in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and pass marks in English. Tezpur University BTech admission is based on the scorecard/ rank of JEE-Main. Candidates can opt for any one of the mentioned exams. 40% of open seats shall be made through the central counselling based on JEE Main rank.
