According to the given information in the prospectus eligibility criteria is minimum 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 for integrated course in M.Com.

There is no cutoff for integrated courses. You will be given 50 questions out of which 40 questions are from major subject and other 10 questions from other science subjects like if you are a physics major student, the other 10 questions will be from (mathematics, chemistry, biology or computer and GK). So it basically depends on the student's score.

Yes, you can get Tezpur University.
There are 3 modes through which one can join Tezpur University. They are:
1. JoSAA counselling
2. Separate counselling conducted by Tezpur University for the candidates of NE region on the basis of JEE Mains marks
3. Direct admission to the rank holders of NE states (exact no. is not known to me) in 12th boards exam.
