Last year there wasn't a cut off . As they recently shifted to AIPMT exams for admissions. Last year you needed to have 20% marks to get in. If you need any further guidance you can call me or any of my junior .

If you are not keen interested in computer languages, I don't recommend B.Tech in CSE because in today's world there is a huge crowd of students in CSE and in near future there will be very tough competition in IT field.
If you like computer science, then Thapar is a good choice.
