Hi Gokul,
The best he can do is to collect the admission form, which to the best of my knowledge are distributed only on campus. The forms for management quota (which might be his best bet) gets sold out very quickly. Therefore, now he must contact the college by phone and find out the exact dates.

Yes, you can easily get admission in these colleges with this score. But, you should try for the other good colleges of Delhi, Ghaziabad and other private colleges as your score is quite good.

Yes, they will accept.
The candidates will have to satisfy at least one of the following two criteria for admission to IITs: The candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with an aggregate of at least 75% marks. For SC/ ST and PwD candidates, there is a relaxation of 10% as they need the aggregate of minimum 65% marks.
