Through this, you will be allotted seats into Anna University and its affiliated college based on the board exam marks. TCE is also affiliated to Anna University and so you need to apply for TNEA. DA-IICT offers admission to a student only through JEE All India Rank. So, I'm sorry you don't have a chance in DA where the last year's cut-off was around 12K and I have no clue about the admission system of the other institutes you have mentioned above.

Till last year, admissions were based on entrance exam conducted by Anna University. But from this year onwards this has changed. It will be based on marks obtained in 12th. Due to this cutoffs of last year have lost all relevance. And I am sure your exam of 12th also is over. So, just don't worry. Relax and wait for results to be announced.

Minimum score required in HSC is 50% in class 12 with Mandatory Subject : Mathematics , and a minimum score of 80/200 in NATA to get admission in Thiagarajar College of Engineering (TCE Madurai) for B.Arch. Regards.
