In HRM, placement is the major plus in TISS. Because of its good relationship with all alumni association and corporate companies, it has good placement every year. Average package is of INR 15 lakhs per annum. Placement is purely based on the performance basis in your course and experience you have.

Dear,
Your graduation part is not much important, while shifting to another prospective. You just want to be confident about your choice you have made. TISS, MHA is a really good course and will give you many direct experience in hospital. The average package is also very good about around INR 15 lakhs. So, if you are really having passion and an objective to work on hospital sector you can go ahead. Even, I shifted my whole career from physics to social work, as I'm confident in that, and now I makes sense. So, think about your passion and go ahead.

First of all, I appreciate to choose this take social work as a career. After your 12th, you can do any undergraduate degree and then, apply for social work in your post graduate in TISS, which is a hub of social workers. For under graduation, you can choose any degree either psychology or social work. If you want to get an idea of society and it's theory you can choose, B.A. social sciences in TISS, Tuljapur. As social work course is not based on UG, you can opt any discipline in UG.
