The return policy at Unity Veda Animation College is well-organized. If a student fails the entrance exam or the HSC exam, they can get a refund, but they must have good documentation. 50% of tuition fees (including the Rs. 10,000 registration fee) will be kept if a refund claim is filed within 10 days of the class's start date, and the remaining amount will be reimbursed within 30 days. After 30 days of attendance, there are no refunds given. If a student withdraws before the fee payment due for the following term, they will receive a complete refund for the second semester if they paid for several semesters in advance.

Unity Veda Animation College has different admission deadlines for different programs and intake cycles. Applications for undergraduate courses generally open in early February and could continue until June, depending on the course and the availability of seats. Certain high-demand programs could have earlier deadlines, or some could receive applications on a rolling basis until seats are completely filled. For instance, certain courses such as B.Sc. Media Graphics & Animation could have a predetermined deadline, while Diploma programs can have a varied schedule.
