Admission in LL.B. is based on the marks obtained in Law Common Entrance Test (TSLAWCET) exam.
The college official has not disclosed anything on the admission process through management quota. It is advisable to get in touch with the college administration for detailed information:

The admission is purely dependent on the cut-off. Please check what is the cut-off for each participating university in Law CET and if your cut off matches any university, then you might be called for counselling and then admission.

A candidate for admission to LLB semester course has to qualify 10+2/Intermediate or equivalent thereto, and the Law Common Entrance Examination (LAWCET) for that academic year. The candidates will be admittedly strictly in accordance with the merit secured at the entrance examination, keeping in view the Rules in force in respect of statutory reservation of seats under various categories of candidate.

You can refer some of the Law Entrance Books, in them you can get the sample papers and you will also get to know the pattern of the exam with the great tips how to crack the same.

No, you cannot pursue both the courses simultaneously. You will have to complete your UG Diploma first in order to qualify for the PG Diploma.
