No, International students have to pay fees while studying at the University of Tuebingen. They will be charged a tuition fee of Euro 1500 per semester. This is equivalent to INR 2 L or slightly more for a year. This is in addition to the general semester fee of currently Euro 199.80 per semester (Around INR 19k). Additionally, students have to pay the cost of living too. The living expenses per month for a university student at Tuebingen University is going to be around Euros 947 (Around INR 94k).

The University of Tuebingen is a public research university. This means it does not charge much of the tuition fees. However, international students are charged a fee of EUR 1,500 per semester (around INR 2 lakh). Furthermore, the University of Tuebingen was selected as one of Germany's universities of excellence under the German government's Excellence Initiative. It is one of the most and the oldest and respected universities of Germany.

To take admission to this course, a Bachelor's degree is required in either Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or related Natural Sciences with a grade of 2.3.
