Hello Jayanth, integrated M.Tech weather in Bhopal or anywhere else in India has its own advantages and disadvantages. The biggest advantage is that the student doesn't have to worry about preparing for an entrance exam for post graduation of M.Tech as he is assured of admission since he has got admission in integrated M tech course, but then if after 4 years of study the student realises that instead of specialising in technology he wants to go for MBA that path is closed at least for one more year. VITEEE has cancelled, and its eligibility criteria is minimum 75% in 12th and you mentioned your category but there is no reservation in VIT colleges.
