VITEEE photo and signature specifications can be checked below-

VITEEE document specificationsDetailsFile size and dimensions
PhotographCandidate's photo must be clear, with white background. It must be in JPEG format. 

File size: 20 to 300 kb

Dimensions: width (300 to 400 pixels) X height (400 to 550 pixels)

SignatureSignature must be scanned properly and drawn inside box of size 6 cm (width) x 2 cm (height) on A4 paper. 

File size: 5 kb to 150 kb

Dimensions: 3.5 cm (width) x 1.5 cm (height)

No. The VITEEE application form will not be available offline. Candidates who want to take admissions at VIT Group of Institutions must apply online and submit form before due date. VITEEE registration last date is March 31.

Candidates can select only one VITEEE test city/exam centre at the time of filling the application form. They can only choose the test city that is listed from native state or current address or school state.

No, VIT does not provide any correction facility to students. Therefore, students are advised to enter their information correctly while filling VITEEE application form.

VITEEE application fee is INR 1350 for Indian applicants and USD 90 for international students. The registration fee amount is same for all categories and is non-refundable. Accepted payment modes are credit card/debit card/netbanking and UPI.

VIT has started VITEEE application process for 2026-27 session. The last date to register for VITEEE exam is March 31, 2026. Students who want to apply must check their eligibility criteria and apply before due date.

The VITEEE admission process undergoes following stages -

  • First, applicant has to apply and appear for entrance test
  • Once results are announced, institute conducts a counselling process based on rank
  • Selected applicants will have to then select programme for admission

Shortlisted students have to download their provisional letter and attend the document verification round to complete VITEEE admission process.

If the candidates have paid the fee twice for the same VITEEE application form, then they will be eligible for a refund. The excess amount paid will be refunded to the candidate's account within 7 working days. If the candidates do not receive their refund within 5-7 working days, then they can connect with tech application [at]vit.ac.in. A request for a refund has to be raised by the candidates.
