Most important factor that makes one college better than other is campus recruitment.
So, if you want to get placed in private company like TCS or any other software companies, then YCCE is better than GHRCE.
Scoring high pointer is easy in GHRCE.
But, YCCE is strict about examination and use of unfair means.
Infrastructure of GHRCE is better than YCCE.
Area wise, YCCE is greater than GHRCE and is covered with lots of greenery.

No, it is not different. The name alone differs, but the course syllabus would be the same. However, each college has its own course structure.

Yes, you have pretty good chance to get the desired one again after floating, but it all depends on the availability of seats and cut-off.

*Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects and obtained at least 50% marks (at least 45% marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the above subjects taken together;
and Obtained score in MHT-CET 2017 or JEE Main Paper-I conducted by the Competent Authority.
