M.Sc yoga is better than BA yoga, because in M.Sc, you will get physical yoga knowledge, as well as scientifically postural knowledge too.

Yes, you are eligible for B.Sc in Yoga. Eligibility for B.Sc in yoga, is you must pass your 10+2 or equivalent in any stream. There is no need for entrance exams, but some universities conduct entrance exam for admission in yoga courses.

Admission and Eligibility Prerequisites:
To be eligible for admission to the first year of the course, the student shall have passed 10+2 or Equivalent of any discipline. The candidate shall have secured a minimum of 50% of marks in 10+2.

There is no age criteria for PGDY Admissions and Eligibility:
To be eligible for admission to the course, the candidates shall have passed any Bachelor's Degree of any discipline plus Yoga Instructor's Course (YIC).
The candidates shall have secured a minimum of 50% of marks. By seeing the benefits of Yoga, career opportunities in this field are increasing in India as well as abroad also.
