Always choose the institute that along with good education provides you a platform to improve your ideas and provide a stage to bring your innovative ideas into practice. As far as these colleges are concern, I would prefer Lovely Professional University. LPU is much better than any other University. It is a UGC recognised and a renowned University and is considered as one among top 5 universities of the country because of its quality education and unbeatable placements, immense on course exposures and a beautiful 600 acres campus to live in with the latest facilities. Before searching for any University, You should compare universities on various parameters like academics, Industrial exposure, placements, infrastructure, On-Campus Facilities & Amenities, Student Activities etc. So, choose the programme and the University to join very wisely. LPU has AA+ Infrastructure including shopping malls, refreshment centers, the largest Private University Accommodation in the world, 13000 + CC cameras, indoor transportation system, University Management System, etc. with Quality of Education, Placements in LPU is also amazing, with the top brand in the world coming for Campus Recruitment provides great opportunities to its students and because of its #ThinkBig concept and various innovations in curriculum, the university is standing tall and proud with various other very old and renowned institutions in terms of rankings and accreditation.

No. Microbiology isn't available. Instead, you can go for B.Sc. Biotechnology Honours or Dual Degree in Biotechnology - which has a better scope than Microbiology.

To be honest, a few years back, Amity University Kolkata didn't have such a good placement track. But now for a couple of years, it is providing a good placement. As I have heard from my senior batches that placement for the B.Tech is good. I am from an applied Science branch where an average placement after graduation is Rs 2-3 Lacs.
