Around 8 to 12 students participate in a single GD round. It is supervised by the faculty members. It will be competitive of course but as long as you have content, you can do well.

No, without any entrance exam, college won't accept.
You have to go through an entrance exam in order to get good MBA college.

I don't think Christ is AICTE recognized. It is a private deemed university under UGC. However, it is accredited by NAAC with grade A.
