Christ University is best amongst three you have mentioned for its placements and brand reputation. BIMM is decent enough and can fetch average jobs and salary.

First there is hostel for boys in main campus and if you don't want to stay there then right next to college there is this area called SG palya believe me in just 1km radius there are more then 200 PG for boys and girls and 70% of Christ popul

Yes, you can apply for Christ University, Bangalore and XIME, Bangalore and can also try in ITM Mumbai, PUMBA and BIMTECH, Noida.

It would be better if you apply online rather than wait for a call. Every year Christ gets too many applications for MBA, so they don't usually call students to apply. They choose the best from the students who have applied.

Yes of course you have a good profile and you are eligible to apply as long as you have good MAT or CAT score as well.
