Yes few companies like Cisco, TVS sundaram, HUL etc. prefer the top percentage students for their placement process. But few companies like TCS, NTT data etc. need 60% and above throughout the education, right from 10th standard.

The eligibility criteria to apply for Christ University are: 1. MAT with a composite score of 600 or above (September or December 2015) OR 2. GMAT 2015 with a composite score of 450 or above OR 3. CMAT 2015 with 70 percentile or above OR 4. CAT 2015 with 70 percentile or above OR 5. ATMA 2015 with 70 percentage or above. 6. 50% or above marks in aggregate in the undergraduate examinations. So yes you are eligible to apply.

Hi. The cutoff for CMAT in Christ is 70 percentile irrespective of the specialization that you want to take.

I am sorry, according to the above mentioned MAT criteria, you wont be eligible to apply.
