HPU MAT is the entrance exam required for HPU Business School, Himachal Pradesh University MBA programme admissions.  HPU MAT is a computer-based test of two hours duration with 200 questions. It is conducted once in a year. Himachal Pradesh University Shimla conducts an entrance exam for B.Ed admission. The minimum qualifying marks in the entrance test is 35% (53 out of 150). Yes, HPU offers three-year BA at the UG level through Department of Evening Studies. The BA programme is divided into six semesters. Besides, the university also offers three-year BA and BA (Hons) courses through more than 150 affiliated colleges. HPU also offers BA programme in distance education mode through International Centre for Distance Education and Open Learning. Candidates should have passed Class 12 or an equivalent exam in four written subjects (including English) with at least 33% aggregate to apply for HPU BA programme.
