You should go with JEE Mains syllabus. Once you will complete the JEE Mains syllabus, automatically you will get rank in ICAR also.

Yes, you can get this college through ICAR but your rank should at least better than 200 to get this.
6 years ago I am preparing for bhu B.Sc. Agriculture entrance exam. I have a doubt that any interview section exist after passing the written exam.

As per my knowledge, there is no interview. They offer admission direct though ICAR exam rank.
