ISAT India, CLAT SUAT are exams for taking admission in Sharda University. As you want to know specifically about CLAT, so after getting scorecard, you can apply for counseling round in Sharda University. After counseling round, you'll be selected for pursuing your degree. In case you fail to qualify CLAT you'll not be exempted from SUAT and in that condition you'll have to give SUAT.

As LPU alumni, I would recommend LPU, as one of my friends did MBA from LPU and was placed in a decent company. LPU is known for its MBA.
