Candidates will perform two online profiling tests before presenting themselves at one of the test-centers spread across India for an Interview, a physical assessment, psychometric test and a debriefing session. The applicant is allowed to the next phase upon successful completion of phase II. Applicants who are successful in phase II will be invited to attend the final selection phase with IndiGo.
3. SELECTION PHASE III
The final selection phase consists of a Group Activity / Discussion and Personal Interview. Successful candidates will be notified personally. There's no difference in selection procedure, it is same for Domestic as well as International Pathways.
