70% in 12th grade cannot ensure admission. Put your attention on doing well on entrance exams, or look into options if you can increase your 12th PCM percentage. As college requires Minimum Eligibility-A minimum of 60–65% in math, physics, and chemistry on their 12th exams. But as 12th marks are usually insufficient, you might need to take and perform well on pertinent entrance exams like JEE Main, UPSEE, etc. There are very few, if any, seats available through the direct 12th admission route. The typical cutoffs for this are much higher, between 90 and 95 percent of the total.

While JEC was launched in 2012, Arya College of Engineering was founded in 2000. Both universities and colleges are private. While JEC offers 164 courses, ACE only offers 15. Both colleges have comparable reviews and an overall rating. While ACE has just received recognition from AICTE, JEC has been accredited by NAAC with a B+ rating and has also received approval from UGC and AICTE. In addition, JEC's admission requirements are rather more stringent than ACE's. Despite the fact that the professors and facilities at both colleges/universities are comparable, I believe JEC offers significantly superior chances despite its higher cost.
