At the undergraduate level, the college offers BTech courses to students. At the PG level, the college offers MTech programmes to students. The college also provides PhD programmes to students. Amrita School of Engineering Amritapuri offers popular programmes such as BTech and MTech. The accepted entrance exams for admission to the BTech course is JEE Main,  AEEE, and others.
