Yes, you should do MBA in Hospital Management from Annamalai University through Distance Learning mode but my first I want to tell you that MBA in Hospital is not available in distance learning from Annamalai University so you should go with either ICFAI or Suresh Gyan Vihar University. If you have passed 12th with minimum of 45% then you can do BCA, but I want to tell you my friend that BCA is not available from Annamalai distance learning, it is available from regular Annamalai. I would suggest you doing BCA from either Amity distance or Suresh Gyan Vihar University.

Annamalai University provides Spot Admission facility to those Applicants who live near to any Study Centers mentioned in prospectus "Annexure-I."
Selection in any program will be made by the Study Center. All spot admissions must be confirmed by the Director or will be cancelled if found not eligible

(Hons.) (Music) degree is qualifying 10+2 or equivalent examination in any stream from a recognized board of the country. The student should have passed 10+2 with Music as an elective subject. Students who have passed the 10+2 exam without having music as a subject can also be eligible for BA.

Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.): Eligibility: Candidates should have undergone 10+2+3 (15) or 11+1+3 (15) pattern of study conducted by State Board or CBSE or any other recognized Board of Education. Candidates who have passed 10 and 10+2 standards are also eligible to apply under Open University system.

For distance MBA you need to check whether the college is recognised by UGC/AIU norms or not. According to this and your score you can pursue the course from Symbiosis Centre of Distance learning, University of Madras or Annamalai University.
