If you belong to general category it difficult to get a seat in CSE-CBIT, maybe you can opt for other branch and once you enter into the college you can go for the sliding option if you are lucky you can get the branch you need.
7 years ago I got 32660 in JEE Mains and minority rank is 7954, can I get a seat in CBIT in any stream? Please advise.

If take admission via own entrance test then you can take admission in it otherwise if it fills on JEE mains basis then you can't

I think not, but it also depends on the course you choose and the caste you belong to.
7 years ago I got rank 17540 in TS EAMSET medical 2018 . Can I get seat in CBIT? Category is BC-B and ladies quota.
