You can contact MH-CET officials or MH DTE officials, they will be able to provide you alternative admit card after verifying your exam booklets and have stamped on it, you don't have to panic.
6 years ago I got 120 out of 360 in PU-CET (UG) 2019 in PCM and I scored 82.88% in +2 board are there any chances of admission in panjab university chd.
