Only means by which you can get admission in an engineering college, almost anywhere in the country, without giving common entrance test is to seek Admission under the management quota. But remember this is available with only the private Engineering Colleges or Deemed to be universities but not in Government Engineering Colleges. Hence if you are seeking admission in private college then you definitely can get Admission under management quota without going through the CET. For this you will have to approach the management or the assigned person whose name and telephone number would invariably be given prominently on the website of the college.

Actually, there is a variation of cut off marks every year. But, you are supposed to score below 10,000 to get admission in this particular college.
