Yes, there is TWFS facility but the selection is based on the rank and economical condition of the student.

Obtained All India Rank in JEE (Main) 2018 (Paper 1) given by CBSE.

Yes, the admission in the COEP will be totally based on the MHTCET score and not on boards score, but you should have 60% in boards to be eligible for admission in COEP. So, you could get admission in COEP

Cutoff for computer science is above 170 but if you belong to any reservations and if you wait for second or third round, there are little chances that you can get it but at the same time, it's risky.

If you belong to any of the reserved categories, and you don't want any specific branch, then there is a chance to get admission in COEP if you wait for the second or third CAP round. If you want any of the branches in COEP then fill all the branches in the form.
